Article 1: General provisions
The e-commerce website of Wes'thetique, a one-man business with registered office at Vlierhof 8, 3550 Heusden-Zolder, VAT BE0555 939 563, (hereinafter 'Wes'thetique'), offers its customers the opportunity to purchase the products from its webshop online to purchase.

Article 3: Offer

The offer is valid while stocks last and can at any time be adjusted or withdrawn by Wes'thetique. Wes’thetique cannot be held liable for the unavailability of a product:

Article 4: Online purchases
Description of the Order procedure:
The Customer chooses the goods he wants to order and can add them by clicking on the “Add to cart” button. After the Customer has made his choice in the webshop, he can continue to process his order via the button “To checkout”. After this an overview is shown of the goods in the shopping cart. At the moment, the Customer still has the option to make adjustments (add or remove goods) to his goods in the shopping cart. If necessary, the Customer can give a comment with regard to the goods. The Customer then goes to the page where the Account and delivery address data must be entered via the “Next step” button. When the Customer has filled in the required fields, he can go to the next page via the "Next step" button. On this page, the Customer must choose his payment method. When the Customer has selected the payment method, he can go to the confirmation page again via the "Next step" button. On this page, the Customer has the option to change the billing and delivery address and he can still change the payment method. Wes'thetique is entitled to refuse an order due to a serious shortcoming of the Customer with regard to orders in which the Customer is involved.
Article 5: Delivery, execution of the agreement and returns
The delivery time is expressed in working days.

De kosten voor de levering in Nederland bedragen €7,95 excl. BTW. Echter indien de Klant een bestelorder plaatst ter waarde van meer dan €59 excl. BTW worden de kosten voor het leveren van de goederen door Wes’thetique gedragen.
De kosten voor de levering in Luxemburg bedragen €9,95 excl. BTW. Echter indien de Klant een bestelorder plaatst ter waarde van meer dan €79 excl. BTW worden de kosten voor het leveren van de goederen door Wes’thetique gedragen.

The Customer undertakes, if necessary, to inform third parties of the retention of title of Wes'thetique, for example to anyone who would seize the articles not yet fully paid for.
Article 7: Right of withdrawal
The provisions of this article only apply to Customers who, in their capacity as consumers, purchase articles online from Wes'thetique.
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 calendar days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days after the day on which the Customer or a third party designated by the Customer, who is not the carrier, takes physical possession of the good.

If the Customer cancels the agreement, Wes'thetique will refund all payments received from the Customer up to that time for the order to which the withdrawal applies, including the standard delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days after Wes'thetique on the has been informed of the Customer's decision to withdraw from the contract. In the case of sales agreements, Wes'thetique can wait with the reimbursement until it has received all the goods back, or until the Customer has demonstrated that he has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
Any additional costs resulting from the choice of the Customer for a different method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by Wes'thetique will not be refunded.

Article 8: Warranty

Article 18: Cancellations

Article 19: Training
Training courses within Wes'thetique must be paid in advance.
Payments must be made within 7 days after you have confirmed the training with Wes'thetique.

Paid training cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
If the training is canceled by Wes'thetique, a full refund is possible.
